User's Number Pad Doesn't Work with My Spreadsheet

Darren

I have written an Excel spreadsheet which also contains a large chunk
of VBA. One user has complained that when using my spreadsheet, the
number pad on their keyboard (ie the dedicated number keys to the
right of the keyboard) won't work. She assures me this is not the case
when she uses Excel generally - just my spreadsheet. I was wondering
whether anyone might have a clue as to what is going on here?

What happens when she presses one of those number keys?

Maybe she has numlock on (or off???).
Maybe she has Scroll lock on (with numlock off)?

Hi,

1. have the user demonstate for you, while you are there
2. have the user repeat the process on another spreadsheet, while you are
there.

It is very unlikely that your code would affect the number keypad on one
machine and not another. But you never know.

Cheers,
