Users prompted for login on Tasks and Projects page

All of my users are being prompted to enter a domain username and password
when they click on the Tasks or Projects webpages. Otherwise the system
reverts back to the home page. This was working fine for a couple of days
for one user and now it's not working. We are on PS '03 and Pro '03 in a
small scale installation. The only account the system will accept is the
domain controller administrator account.

HELP!

Check directory security on your MDAC directory. Heck, make sure it exists
in the same virtual server where Project Server is installed. Make sure that
no IP restrictions are set, and make sure that anonymous access is enabled
on msdacs.dll in the MDAC directory.

All of that is set correctly. What actually ended up fixing it was supplying
all users with a domain login that they can enter when they are prompted for
a username and login. The project server authentication appears to have
created some sort of issue security wise.
