Users seeing different views in the SharePoint site for a project

I published a plan in ProjectServer and a SharePoint site was auto generated.
I added a "Project Report" web part to the SharePoint site. I added this so
that everyone could see the "Tasks Summary" view of the plan. However, it
appears that different users are seeing different views (one is seeing the
task detail view). How do I set it up so everyone sees the same view?
