Users who have permission cannot access my Calendar

I have granted access for a few people to view my
Calendar. I am running Outlook 2002 SP2 btw, running on
Exchange 2000.

When one of my buddies tries to open my Calendar, their
system freezes up and they have to restart Outlook
entirely?

But when I open their Calendar, no problem...

What gives?
