Using 2 Vlookups to return a result

I have an array of data that I need to first match a UPC number from
then use a corresponding date to retrieve a result from 4 rows over.
On one page will have in the first column the UPC and the second colum
the date that I want to match. In the 3rd column I need the resul
from the data array residing in a different tab or workbook. The issu
is that they dont have an intersecting point, the lookups are linear

not really sure what you're trying to achieve. You may post some
example rows of data (plain text - no attachments please) and describe
your expected result based on this example data
