Using a custom form for business contact entry

I created a custom form to use for contact entry, but when I try to set it as
the default form for that folder ("When posting to this folder, use:"), I get
the following error message:

"Could not complete the operation because the service provider does not
support it."

By "business contact entry," do you mean Business Contact Manager? What version?
