Using a logo for a watermark.

I have a jpg that I want to use as a watermark. I have used Word (2000) help
to find out how to add a watermark, but it only allows me to add a water mark
to the header or footer. I am not able to center the image if I am required
to add the image to the header or footer.

Any ideas?

Graphics anchored to the header or footer can be located anywhere on the
page, not just within the header or footer area.
