Using a macro to type text?

I have created a button on a form. The event for this button is to open
another form then got to a new record then to go to a control. After that i
would like it to "type" text in to the control. Can this be done.

Use the SetValue action to write data into a control on a form.

There is no set value function in the drop down menu!!
