Using a Pivot Table as Source for Chart

Using a Pivot Table as Source for Chart, how can I link a chart to a
pivot table so that changes in the pivot table automatically change the
chart.

If you set your form properties to allow both the PivotTable and PivotChart
views, then you can switch back and forth between either view based on the
same recordsource.
