using a screen to kick off a macro

I have a form set up to start a macro to print invoices. I only need one row
that will be rewritten over and over again. My problem is, I keep getting a
'blank' one after the first one. Will a record be added every time the form
is used? How do I just rewrite the one row?

What is this repeating row? Records?
Rewritten? Do you mean fixed values you want to print on the invoice or do
you want
to store these in a table to be written on the invoice when printing?
Are you printing invoices on reports ?
