Using a Word Art as a Hyperlink

I'm having trouble using a Word Art object as a
hyperlink. I've added the hyperlink to the word art and
everything seems normal. I even get the "use control and
click to follow hyperlink" message when I move the mouse
pointer over the word art but the link does not work. Is
it not possible to use word art as a hyperlink? I'm going
to be dissapointed in FP02 if I can't.
