Using Access Database as Outlook Address book...?

Does anyone know how to link outlook to an address book I created in MS Access?

What I would like to do is click the "to.." box, and be able to select the
clients name. I would also like to build it in a way that it is fluid;
meaning
if I change something in Access, it will also change in the address book in
outlook.
