Using Access From Non Ms Access enabled PC

Hi currently I have and application resides in my company server written
using Access 2K.

However another PC which required to use the application is not installed
with Office (Due to memory space, Least 152mb).

Is there any way I can download application (With little memory hopefully)
or otherwise some other ways to access this application ?
