Using Access to make a music library, including playlists

I have not been satisfied with the way Real, Musicmatch, Creative, etc.
software builds a music library. Can Access be used to do this? ie under
"Guitar" allowances for "Clasical", "Rock","Jazz" and so on.

Yes, and there is also a template in Access 97 for a music library, which
can be altered and/or converted to later versions.
