using addresses in my in box and from messages

I have a number of emails in my inbox i need to send emails out to, some of
them have been forwarded, and as such the address is in the email and not
just the send bar, is there a way of getting the email addresses from the
message on to a list easily. Many thanks for your help I am using outlook
2002
