All of a sudden and few days ago, my computer started not recognizing when I
wanted to move about a document by using the directional arrows. This happens
in both a word document and in my excel spreadsheet when I want to move from
one cell to another. can someone please tell me what I did for this to occutr
and more importantly, how do I fix it to be able to navigate through a doc or
spreadsheet using my arrow buttons.
