Using Bookmarks in Microsoft Word

Is there any way I can force user to select the name of
the bookmarks from a list of values?

I don't really understand your question...

Under what circumstances do you want to force the user to select the
name of the bookmark? What triggers the list to be presented?

How is your list to be generated?

is there any difference between your usage of "name of the
bookmarks" and "values"? If so, what?
