Using Cached Exchange Mode, now can't access server

Yesterday we enabled Cached Exchange Mode and now I am not able to access
the Exchange server.

I can ping a public IP address, and I can ping the company's server from
inside the VPN. The VPN connection is up and running fine and I am able to
browse the internet through the VPN.

Any ideas? TIA.
