I am sending out a questionnaire that includes both checkboxes (click to add 'x') and free format comments fields. However, having worked out how to get the checkboxes to be ticked (in the Developer tab requires the form to be "locked' using the and 'protect document and check the editing resrictions to "fill in form"), I discover that this locks 100% document so the free format fields are unusable?!
I've looked to see whether I can protect only part of the document (checkboxes only), but this doesn't come up in Help and I am unable to find how to do this?
Any tips gratefully appreciated.
