Using CTRL "F" with a difference

Guys,

I have a list box which eventually will have more than 300
entries. It is not very user friendly at times to search
through this list box. Is it possible to apply a sort of
Find (same as when using CTRL "F") to search in this list
box ??? Maybe creating a command button with some sort of
code ????

Would appreciate any constructive ideas.
