Using Dragon NS with Access?

I'm using an Access 2000 front end to SQL Server 2000.
Dragon Naturally Speaking 7.0 Medical works for most
dictation but is having trouble with some of the built-in
commands. Is anybody else out there using DNS with Access
and if so, can you tell me if you had to get any add-in to
make all the commands work?

I have used it for data entry, mostly reading numbers. I have yet to spend
the time necessary to train Dragon well enough for accurately spelled text
entry. No add-ins were necessary for the numeric data entry. I have seen
demonstrations of text entry which were very accurate. Training the system
is the key to success.

Dragon works GREAT stand-alone (i.e., DragonPad) but its
built-in commands ("scratch that", etc.) don't work for us
inside Access. Other dictation works fine in Access. We
just can't get the commands to work. The physicians have
their Dragon trained to perfection and have been using it
for years. We need it to work in Access, though. Haven't
been able to get any help from Dragon, unfortunately.

Thanks for your reply.
