Using EDM

Hi,
I am trying to use the EDM for synchronization of resource pool and security accoutns in project server.

I have following questions regarding EDM.

1. Where is the log file located for EDM?
2. How do I assign a resource to specific security group using EDM? By default EDM is assigning "Team Members" security group to the resource. How do I change this using EDM?
