N neo [mvp outlook] Mar 22, 2009 #2 If I'm not mistaken, Outlook and Outlook Express have shared the same stationery folder for quite some time. You could try putting your creation in: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Stationery To see if your version of Microsoft Outlook picks it up.
