Using Enterprise Custom Field Names

The great thing about Enterprise (we use 2002) is all the additional custom
fields available. You open the enterprise global template. Then go to Tools
-> Customize -> Enterprise Fields. You can then rename any one of them for
your use. The intuitive part is that the new name you gave it appears in all
the views.

Now for my question. In Web Access, that new name is not available. The
generic 'Enterprise Task Text 1' is the field name and thus is the column
header on the view. Not very intuitive. Is there something else I need to do
to make the new name available or is this just another downside to this MS
product?

Thanks

For Project Server 2003, you have to republish all projects. The
modification takes only place when the last project has been published. Not
a nice way to do it.

I was wondering the same thing as Shane. Does your answer, Willy, mean that I
have to go in and re-publish all of the 100+ projects that we have on the
server? And btw, if as the admin, I go in and do this myself, is this going
to make me the owner or PM or anything (by publishing other PMs' projects)?

Is this also the process in 2002 or does it not work in 2002? The answer to
Marcus is I believe that you would then become the owner of all the projects.
It would be better to just notify all PMs to do so.
