Using Enterprise Task Field to Show Enterprise Custom Outline Code value.

Hello everyone.

To get the information my PWA users require I need to show some Enterprise
Project Outline Code values in the Assignment Summary view. I was thinking
that I need to create Enterprise Custom Fields for Tasks to get this data.
I have tried to create a Enterprise Field for Task with a Formula simply
stating [Enterprise Project Outline Code7] and check off to use the formula
for Calculation for Task and group summary rows, and I also checked of
'Data' for values to display.

I have used the Field types for Number, Text, and I always get the dreaded
'ERROR' when I go to see the value in a project. The values in the Project
Outline Codes are either a number or that is in the Value List or Text. Is
there something that I am missing or is this even possible.

You seem to be mixing items. An Assignment custom field or outline code
applies only to assignments and assignment views. Tasks are the same. Make
sure you are not mixing apples and oranges on your fields and views.
