Using Entourage on two computers

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: pop

I have a MacBook and IMac and use Entourage 2008 on both. When I check my email on the MacBook how can I get to show as read on the IMac and vice versa ?

Switch to IMAP.
