I am having trouble accessing my work email remotely through Entourage. I am the only one on staff that uses a mac at home.
It works sometimes... and other times it says I do not have the correct "root certificate"
However, in my key chain access there it is, self-assigned, and it says this certificate is valid.
A few days ago, I was able to send messages from Entourage but not receive them. A few days later they all came at once, and then it went off again, and I could do nothing. Now, I see one message that I sent earlier today from my yahoo account, but there are no other messages though I know I should have gotten more from yesterday and today.
Why is it so random? What should I try next?
Thanks,
Angie
