Using equation editor for chemistry reports?

Hi.
Does anyone know a function or program where I can create a construction
formula, when I do my chemistry reports, instead of writing CH3-CH2-CH3?

Your subject had the answer - Use Equation Editor. There are symbols for
doing just that ("Insert", "Object", "Equation Editor 3.0").
