Using event handler to call project publishing from task updates

Hello,
I successfully managed to import and update timesheet data using a
custom event handler based on EPMTSST project from CodePlex.
Now I am trying to develop another custom event handler to automate
the project publishing process from "task updates" page of Project Web
Access.

In short I need to launch project publishing process (using PSI calls)
when project manager presses the "Accept" button from the task updates
toolbar.
Is there any event handler that can be used to this purpose?

We are using Project Server 2007 with SP1.

Please help me, thanks.
