We create invoices to a customer from time sheets submitted by employees.
Some customers are billed monthly while the majority are billed every two
weeks (the time frame when timesheets are submitted by employees). The
customers are billed based on the number of hours the employee works there.
Originally this was all done in Excel with no problem however, we can speed
up the payment process if the invoices are emailed to the customer. Invoices
need to be sent on letterhead. We now set up the body of the invoice in
Excel then copy and paste into a Word template. We then adjust sizes of the
columns and add or remove rows in the table to make page breaks look proper.
Can anyone suggest a more efficient way to accomplish this?
