Using Exchange Server account from home

In my office I have alloted a email ID using MS Outlook, I can check my
emails from home using Exchange server from Internet Explorer. as my email is
on Outlook exchange server, is it possible that in my home pc I could create
my email account in MS Outlook and check my emails?

Yes, if your mail admin has enabled this for you. You should ask him/her for
the settings as these are specific for each company.
