using field text in access for outlook subject text

Hi there at the moment i have an email field in my form that has a smart tag
with send email, so when that is clicked it opens up a blank email with that
email address as the email address.
How would i also get it to enter text such as REF JOB NO and then the job no
field into the subject field,

so it would say maybe REF Job No. 7089
with the 7098 coming from a fields in the form
