Using Filters with BCM Contacts

I have multiple categories for each of my contacts. I would like to filter
the contacts to extract the names of those clients who have specific
categories. For example, I want the contacts that contain the categories of
"insurance" AND "mortgage".

When I use the Advance Filter setting on the Custom View Organizer, I ask for:
Categories ... contains ... Insurance
Categories ... contains ... Mortgage

My hope is to get only those clients who have both of these categories as
part of all their categories. However, I get some that have insurance, but
not mortgage and some with mortgage and not insurance.

When I click SQL on the Filter screen in the Custom View Organizer I find
that it is set to "OR". If I replace OR with AND, I get an error message.
"The filtering operation failed. Either these folders do not support
filtering or the filtering condition are too complex."

If I try to filter through BCM Reports ... BCM Contacts ... BCM by Category
and use the AND between my filters, I don't get any results.

Is BCM capable of the type of filter I want to run?
