using forms to select report parameters

How can I use a form to show data in a list box and run a report off the
selection of the list box. For example. I have a table call jobs with
general info. I have another table called jobdetail with data on one
particalur job. The jobdetail may have hundreds of entries and I want to
only show two fields on the list box.

What I would like the form to do is when you select the job, the list box
will update and show records only pertaining to that job.
