Using FP2003, Win XP, website menu not like offline creation

I only have one website. With prior version of frontpage for over a year I
published updates at will. Now, my updates don't load properly. I pay for web
host with frontpage extensions. My menu on left side is now double what it
used to be and my off line does not show the same menu.
I need this site for my business.

I have also had trouble getting pages to update, but now all have.. just
menu on left is a mess. www.granitefoundationrepair.com

thanks for looking.. Note on published site on the left and bottom are 13
buttons. My site on my c drive has seven. six too many published.
