Using Frames -- Lesson 8

What are the advantages of using frames?

I'm learning to use FrontPage to design my Web site for a new Internet
business. At first, I thought frames were a cool invention. But then I
learned that I have to design two parallel universes -- pages for those
who can't or don't want to use frames and pages for those who can use
frames.

Why go to all that trouble? It seems to me that you can do the same
sorts of things by using tables.

Am I missing something?
