If you're running 32-bit Windows (probably), then you want gs853w32.exe
for GhostScript and gsv48w32.exe for GSview.
If you're running 64-bit Windows (if your computer says "64-bit Edition"
when it boots up), then you want gs853w64.exe for GhostScript and
gsv48w64.exe for GSview.

(If you can't find the links to get to the GSview download page from the
GhostScript download page, use this one:
http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/gsview/get48.htm)

Ed will come in here and help you. The directions on Ed's page are easy, you
should be able to extract your PDF file.
The download you want is GPL Ghostscript 8.54 and GSview 4.8 for Windows

Other option could be:

Using pdf2picture you can convert any graphics drawing or form saved in PDF
file
to Windows native graphics format (WMF or EMF). All text/vector objects can
be edited using MS drawing tools.

See http://www.pdf2picture.com for more information.
