using graphics in bullet list

G

Gary Brower

Hi,

I am using a graphic on my computer to make a bulleted list. This works
fine. What doesn't work, however, is when the document is transported to
another computer - then the bullets revert back to the standard bullet
(solid dot).

How can I embed the graphic as a bullet so that it displays correctly on any
computer?

Thanks,
Gary Brower

Picture bullets were introduced in Word 2000 and are not
backward-compatible. But if you assigned them using Format | Bullets and
Numbering rather than by using a style linked to the numbering format,
you'll get the style of bullets in the corresponding List Gallery pane on
the other computer, regardless of version.
