I have 500 quality historical project plans that I would like to generate
estimates from for future projects. Is there a tool or process I can use to
pull out certain task averages duration, cost etc.. and build out a plan?
I have nailed down the archiving process but need to take it to the next
level of estimating. I would greatly appreciate any ideas or what has worked
for organizations.
