Using HTML in Outlook message

How can I insert my HTML code into an Outlook e-mail message so that it will
display properly for the end user? I get messages where I am able to view
the source and the source is html, so I know there must be a way to do this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Using Outlook 2002.

I've read your article at the below link. None of these (very clearly
written) steps seem to work for me. While I realise the appreaance of the
received email depends on the recipients' HTML/mail settings, most of my test
subjects could either :

A. not see my graphics
B. see my layout table as completely jumbled
C. not print my graphics
D. all of the above

I finally went with the "create your document in Word and then copy and
paste into the body of the email" method. While this worked beautifully on my
end, my test recipeints get the above issues.

I'm fairly certain I'm the only one in my instance using 2003. When tested
on Eudora, there were fewer issues, but still issues.

I"m praying there's some process within Outlook that let's you create an
HTML heavy email with tables, graphics and links. Is this even slightly
possible?

Thanks loads!

WordMail is the only such process within Outlook itself.
