Using IIS to set up Project Server Web Access

What, exactly, need I do in order to configure IIS to host Project Server Web
Access? Here is what I know...

1) Open IIS Admin Panel
2) Right-click "Web Sites" directory, select "New... Web Site"
3) Click Next, enter a description, IP, Port, etc..
4) Then it asks for the Path. When I select the Program Files\Project Server
path (currently using the "IIS Virtual Root" subdirectory within the Project
Server path) it works, but displays the SharePoint website, not the Project
Server website.
5) What do I do for #'s 4-x? I really need to get this set up as soon as
possible.

Sam:

If you install Project server on the same site as WSS, then you need to add
the path to Project Server to the excluded paths in SharePoint Central
administration. Otherwise, WSS grabs the calls to the site. Your URL should
look like: http://machinename/projectserver
