Sure...
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/tou.aspx
See the EULA

If you have a valid license to Office, you can use the clips:

Personal items
Business items, under the following restrictions:

1. The clip should not be used as a part of your logo.
2. If you are selling an item which depicts the clip, the clip cannot be
the primary value of the item ( you cannot sell a clipart collection or sell
a book of just clipart, etc)

Great. Thank you. I definetly don't plan to sell anything.

Generally speaking, yes. You can't sell the clipart itself tho.

You can also import digital pictures and format them in publisher and
then print them in your flyers. So long as they are not of people
(model release required), you can create your own art this way.

Want to save the cost of color...develop the photos into black and
white pictures through any digital software. Use the contrast feature
to get them down to their basics.

Want to cut the cost of the flyers, print two on one sheet of paper.

I do this all the time. I do in quantities that make it cost effective
to take several reams of paper to my local printer and he scores and if
necessary cuts them. Then I print as needed and with what is needed. I
can even make custom greeting cards with Publisher.

Look in the phone book for paper suppliers and you will find a full
assortment of weights, colors and finishes to print on. They will even
let you have samples of each to test. Make sure and identify each when
you pull it so after your test you will be able to get more.

It gets better. If you have a small mailing, less than a reasonable
savings of postcards, you can get heavy stock and print, have cut and
mail at the post card rate.

Check with your post office about regs and prices.

Best Wishes,
