Using Infopath generally

Am I able to send forms created in Infopath to anyone I want, or is it that
the recipient must have infopath installed as well?

Without third party tools, infopath forms can only be used by people with
infopath

this is disappointing but no u can't..either use those 3rd-party tools or
wait for the new infopath 2007 cz i heard they'll be supporting this feature
