Using internet calendars with Alarms

How can I create an internet calendar which allows for showing Alarms also in
the clients subscribed to it.

As an example I created an ICS file.
I have tried in the ICS file the next inside my event tag:
BEGIN:VALARM
TRIGGER:pT15M
ACTION:DISPLAY
DESCRIPTION:Reminder
END:VALARM

however using this does not help.

Any idea how to allow Outlook 2007 to use this special tags?

Perhaps you may not find the solution.
I got this problem like you. I still try to solve but I'm not quite sure yet. If I found this will be back to this article again.

If you find out the problem ,please share us your idea how to solve this.
