Using JunkMail filter or Rules Causes Duplicate messages in Move To Folder

I have Outlook 2003 running on my Work PC and on my Home PC at the same
time, Both are running in cached mode.

When a Message that the JunkMail or Rules filter catches comes in I get two
copies of the mail message in the Move To Folder that it puts the junk mail
in.

Besides not running outlook on only one machine, is there any way around
this?
