Using Microsoft Office Spreadsheet 11.0 in access

Been looking for documentation but cant find any. Any ideas where to look?
Does anyone know if its possible to use validation in this spreadsheet?

Hi again,

Thx for the information regarding the documentation! One follow up question,
noticed that validation isnt usable for this component. Anyone who has any
idea for a workaround for this? What I need is that for example, if the cell
has is coded in a nummeric format in some way, text shouldnt be allowed.
