Using Microsoft Student Teacher Edition 2003

B

bcassagneres

I recently purchased Microsoft Office 2003 Student
Teacher Edition. The first time I tried to use it I was
promted to enter information like I needed to register
the product. I entered the Product key as found in the
CD case the software had been purchased in. I received
an error message that said my Product Key was not valid.
I tried several times but had no success. I then tried
to get a question submitted through the Miscrosoft
Website but I agian was asked to enter the Product Key
information, There was not enough room in the window so
I could not advance any farther. Please would someone
help me with this dilema. Oh yes, phone support was not
availalble after 9 pm on Sunday Night

Thank you,

A couple of things to try:

Make sure that your 8 is not a B and vice versa - this is one of the most
common mistakes made with serial numbers from Microsoft.

Check the rest of your serial number to ensure that you are typing the
correct Letter when asked and not a number, and again, vice versa.
