Using MS Outlook as a client to Lotus Notes-Please help

We use Lotus Notes as the mail Server. I would like to use MS Outlook
or Outlook Express as the mail client to Lotus notes.

Please help how do I setup Outlook as a client to Lotus Notes a step
by step procedure is appreciated.
