Using MS Outlook Express in MS Picture Manager for e-mail

The default e-mail program in MS Picture Manager 2003 is the Outlook. How can
it be changed to Outlook Express?

Hi Shlomo,

The way that picture manager links for email requires
Office 2003 features. MS Outlook Express doesn't connect
but you can save a picture to file then insert it
into an Outlook Express email message.
