using multiple archive files

I have a number of files: personal.pst, archive 60 days.pst, archive 1
year.pst, archive 2 years.pst... etc...
There are a lot of folders in each.

Is there a way to assign archive rules for each file, .vs. each individual
folder ?
I.e. for archive 1 year.pst, I want all folders to have rule "for all
messages older than 24 months, move to archive 2 years.pst"
